Piapot First Nation invites vendors to our Powwow scheduled for August 18-20, 2023.

Vendor Guidelines – Responsibilities & Regulations
By submitting an application, I/we agree to the following:
- Piapot First Nation is not responsible for any lost, misplaced items or unattended booth.
- No pipes or sacred items are to be sold by vendors.
- Vendors are required to pre-register and pay in advance either by e-transfer, money order, orcertified cheque.
- Full payment of $600.00 vendor fee is required at time of application. Vendor spots will not be held or confirmed until full payment is received
- There are limited number of power outlets on site, vendors are responsible for their ownconnections and cords to the nearest outlet available
- Vendor may provide and use their own generator, if needed
- Vendors must bring their own tables, garbage and recycling bins. Please place a garbage bin near your own booth to ensure customers have immediateaccess to dispose of any litter
- Any cancellation requiring refund must be made 14 days prior to Powwow date
- Food vendors require Safe Food Handling certificate & must be made available upon requestat the event
- There will be no reimbursements to any vendors due to low sales or weather
- Please be advised that any failure to comply with these regulations may result in the vendor being asked to leave the powwow site (without reimbursement).
- When application form is completed along with payment received, vendor will be notified.
- Piapot First Nation is very cautious of COVID-19 and Food Safety. We ask all vendors to beaware of the health and safety for all customers by sanitizing regularly, wearing gloves and hairnets (if working with food).
- Prior to event start, Piapot First Nation will provide an onsite and emergency contact list foreach vendor.
Payment Details:
The vendor application fee for the 2023 Powwow Celebration is $600.00
Vendor payment can be made via certified cheque, money order or e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer please indicate the sending email, and date – note 2023 Powwow Vendor and name in the e-transfer notes. If paying by certified cheque or money order via mail, we recommend obtaining a tracking number at time of mailing and address it to:
