Piapot First Nation is seeking a full-time Post-Secondary Coordinator to join the Piapot Band Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering post-secondary student programs and services, supporting PFN-sponsored students, maintaining program records and budgets, and providing guidance to help students achieve their educational and career goals.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain and administer the Post-Secondary Student Support Program policies and procedures within budget and funding requirements.
- Work with post-secondary students to ensure applications, requirements and policies are understood and followed.
- Administer the delivery of the Post-Secondary Student Support Program in accordance with ISC policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and databases for PFN-sponsored students.
- Develop and maintain resources related to scholarships, bursaries and training opportunities.
- Monitor student progress and provide advice and guidance to current and prospective students.
- Provide advocacy and liaison services to support students in achieving their educational and career goals.
- Administer the Skills Link Mentorship Program, including developing the program budget, coordinating placements, authorizing expenses and completing required ISC reporting.
- Administer the Summer Student Work Experience Program, including developing the program budget, coordinating placements, authorizing expenses and completing required SITAG reporting.
- Communicate effectively with employees, Band members, students and the general public.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in the community or social services sector or with an Indigenous organization.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Exceptional communication, time-management, organizational and prioritization skills.
