Piapot First Nation will be issuing a $500 payment per band member, including dependents.
Note – Band members 65 years of age or older do not need to apply. Their payments will be processed automatically.
Eligibility Requirements
To receive the payment (or to apply on behalf of dependents), the following must apply:
- You are a Piapot First Nation band member.
- You are 18 years of age or older to submit an application.
- Applicants 17 and under must have a parent or legal guardian apply on their behalf.
- You must provide a photo of your health card for:
- yourself, and
- your spouse and/or dependents (if applicable).

Important – Before You Begin
Please ensure you have all required information and documents ready before starting your application. Applications that are incomplete, missing information, or submitted more than once may be delayed.
Required documents include: applicant treaty number, applicant health card number, a Direct Deposit Authorization form or void cheque (from your bank), dependent treaty numbers, and dependent health card photos.
Application Processing Notice
Submitting more than one Christmas Bonus application may place your file on hold for verification and could delay processing by 7–10 days.
The pre-Christmas processing deadline is December 15th. Applications received after this date will be processed in January 2026.
Due to the high volume of applications expected, please allow time for processing. Payments will begin issuing on December 5th, 2025.
