Band Member Request (BMR) Procedures

  1. To make a request for assistance, you will need to complete a BMR Application Form. BMR Application Forms can be picked up at the Band Office or downloaded here:
  2. To submit your BMR Application, please attach all necessary receipts, verification letters and/or invoices and return it to the Band Office during regular business hours or if after-hours, there is a drop-off box outside the Band Office.
  3. Within 7-10 days after BMR has been received, you will be contacted by the BMR Coordinator, Selena Reid, on the status of your request or if there are any missing/additional documents required. If your request was approved, you will be given a timeframe of when you will receive your assistance.

Note – Chief & Council will no longer accept band member requests, only BMRs submitted through the BMR Coordinator will be considered.
